Or, a reading pair, a driving pair and a Transitions® pair for sports and hiking.

Blog Post
What started out as a comprehensive guide for new progressive lens wearers quickly grew to a two-parter. Here is Part Two, full of helpful information about progressives after purchase; if you have suggestions for a future topic, I'd love to hear from you.
What I'm Up To
My grandmother passed away two years ago May 2, so I've been reflecting on both practical and poetic aspects of losing someone. I purchased a few copies this book, "I'm Dead. Now What?" for myself and family members. I love watching the video of Harry Baker read his poem "Sunflowers," and have been diving back into geneaology research… if you have any tips on searching Quebec records from the 1800’s I’d love to hear from you!
Optical Tip of the Month
It's that time of year when I remind everyone I care about not to leave glasses or sunglasses in your car.
The concern is specifically for lenses that have an anti-reflective coating. High temperatures are used to apply coatings; cars can get hot enough to reverse things. What we end up with is a permanently 'crackled' surface that can make things blurry. Springtime temperatures can be unpredictable... the (two!) times I cooked my lenses both happened on days I didn't think I needed to worry.
Okay, that's it for me. If you're inspired to provide feedback I'd love to hear from you!
Warmly,
Natalie
